Assistance

Computers and other technological items seem to depreciate in value before they even reach the store shelf. Loren Hostetter was faced with this fact but didn’t have to learn the hard way. He not only had replacement cost on the computer items he lost but he had a concerned claims specialist at Virginia Mennonite Property Aid Plan named Susan Delawder. Susan communicated with Loren and researched costs in order to find replacement items comparable to the ones that were damaged.

Loren was so pleased with his service from VMPAP, he wrote this in an email after he had received his check, “I am so grateful and blessed to be a part of the mutual aid plan, to assist and be assisted. Thank you to all who are a part of the plan who helped us in this loss.”

Assist and be assisted… the key verb to MutualAid eXchange.
